A very helpful sauce which is used in pastas and soups!! Very easy to make also :
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp White Flour ( Maida)
2 Tbsp Butter
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Milk
Method to Prepare:
Take a small pan and heat butter in it. Over low flame then slowly mix flour into butter and keep stirring in order to prevent any lumps. Put salt and slowly add milk also.
Continue cooking slowly until smooth.

Kesar Pista Kulfi

A true indian dessert and too yummy to resist!!! Thanks to Cleopetra !!!
Ingredients:
1 Small tin Evaporated Milk
1 Small tin Condensed Milk
1 Lb Cool Whip
1 Tsp Elaichi (Cardamom ) Powder
30 Finely Ground Pistachio
10 Saffron Strands
2-3 Tsp Lukewarm Milk
Method to Prepare:
Blend in evaporated milk and condensed milk together. Soak saffron strands in luke warm milk and crush them nicely and then mix it to the above mixture. Mix cool whip and pistachios well. Pour the mixture into pop icicle stands or molds and freeze until set.
To serve, remove the ice-cream from the molds by running a sharp knife around the edges of the pista kulfi. Slip each kulfi on to a dessert plate, cut across into 3-4 slices, and serve .
Mango Kulfi : Same method need to be followed instead of adding saffron and pistachios just add 1 cup Mango pulp. Freeze the mixture into molds and serve chilled.
